I have never read a single comic with Stingray in it, and if I have, the character obviously never made an impression, outside of his costume – which is awesome. Apparently he is some sort of underwater Iron Man, the superhero oceanographer, and a reserve Avenger. I look forward to seeing his movie in 2018.

Don’t know that I’ve read anything with him in it either but it is a pretty memorable costume. Why does he need a cape underwater? I really like your color work on this one.

It helps him glide, like a stingray. And when’s on land, he can glide there too.
I looked this guy up & strangely it looks like I’ve read a half dozen comics with him in it over the years, but can remember zero of them. But I do remember him being on some big Marvel poster of every character ever in the 1980s…. I’m really starting to think about re-reading some of my marvel collection & destroying my childhood….
His helmet tells me to look at his chest but he has no emblem there so i keep going down… he is a dirty genius!
