I can’t tell you why, but this is my favorite drawing I did for Rob Liefeld Month. Seriously. Something about this. Even as I stared at it, trying to convince myself to add more detail, and forcing myself not to, I really like how this turned out.
I suspect that it’s because open line drawings like that are inherently difficult without relying on shading to cover up imperfections. You nailed it, my only critique would be the barrel of the gun looks slight curved. But, it is a Liefeld gun, and they tend to do that. Excellent drawing.
