Watched a lot of movies this weekend I had seen before, Room 237 which is still a fascinating documentary about obsessive nut jobs; The Innkeepers which is still a small, tense haunted hotel movie with fun, fully realized characters; and Re-Animator, which is still a wet, gross and super-fun schlock-fest. Was gonna watch John Carpenter’s The Thing, which I coulda sworn was on Netflix. But it was not. Oh, I’ve got a copy at my place. Everyone’s invited. Except you.
