Crotch touch.
I watched V/H/S again last night. I don’t know if I remember mentioning it here on the blog. It’s a found footage horror anthology. I think there are six stories plus a framing tale. Like most anthologies, there are some great stories and some bad ones. The first time I watched it, I felt that the bad outweighed the good and didn’t come off caring for it too much. I watched it with my friend last night, I figured she might enjoy it and we were looking for something interesting, and I was looking forward to seeing the really good segments again. I actually came away this time enjoying the movie more as a whole and think it’s a lot stronger than the initial viewing led me to believe. There’s a sequel out with a new set of directors, and I look forward to it being on Netflix.

Very “Post Superhero” of you. I could honestly see this on a giant canvas hanging in a museum in a few decades when the public gets burned out on all the comic book films and once again hates superheroes.
Netflix keeps recommending this movie to me, and now I will definitely give it a try. I thank you for being adventurous with movies where I am not. I don’t know why the shit I don’t watch things that netflix suggests. What have I got to lose? Meh.

Sometimes Netflix is out of its goddamn mind with what it suggests, though, so I totally understand being wary of some of the recommendations.
