Incredible Hulk (47)

It’s my birthday day. Another year has passed. As I write this, it is actually my dad’s birthday. He was gifted a case of shingles for his 84th. So… that’s not great.

As for me, well, things are surprisingly… stable. Decent relationship where we act like adults to each other. Parents still alive. I’m raising two destructive chaos monsters that some of you refer to as “cats”, who are named after vampires – aptly, because they are draining the life out of me (and blood, if you take a look at my arms or hands on any given day). The depression and anxiety, while still present, are generally held at bay and calm. I did lose (quit) one of my part-time jobs, and so while I have taken a massive blow financially, I’m still surviving. It’s tight, but it’s okay. The thing is, it’s taken so much stress off of me. I worked an insane schedule for nearly seven years – a schedule that some people thought were contributing to my decline in health and my near-death experience from 3 years ago. Listen, I may not be able to buy toys, comics, and movies on physical media like I used to, but I’d rather live freely. So anyhoo. I have a Patreon and am available for commissions.

All-in-all, Age 46, not bad.

Now I head into my late 40s.

Clench.

I drew Hulk. I was watching the 80s Hulk cartoon. Sometimes it’s that simple.
