Patron had asked for Shining Knight, but I didn’t know if he meant the original version or the Morrison/Demon Knights version. So I did both. I hope they like it.

Patreon Reward: Trogdor the Burninator
A different Patron told me once he was worried about picking characters that I specifically wanted to draw. I told him that it’s not about me, you’re the one pledging, you get what you want. It often affords me a chance to draw something I never in a million years would have drawn. Sometimes I …
Patreon Reward: Namora
I almost got this confused with Namorita. Two totally different characters. Not real happy with the face. I suck.
Patreon Reward: Evil Drunk Superman
I have never been more excited for a patron request than when I got “evil drunk Superman from Superman III”.
Patreon Reward: Pippi Longstocking
I asked the patron if she’d be okay if I made it weird and creepy. I hope I pulled it off.
Patreon Reward: Hyperion
Patron asked for the Paradise X version of Hyperion. The Squadron Supreme and all its various incarnations and alternate versions confound me a bit, but they are a sort of evil but not quite Marvel version of the Justice League. I have drawn the classic version before.
Patreon Reward: Rito Revolto
Patron asked for this Power Rangers baddie. Like most villains/monsters in this series, he looks completely badass, but is probably a whiny-voiced goofy fuck in the show. But, he’s pretty metal.
Patreon Reward: Super-Eeyore

May as well take this opportunity to say that I’ll be drawing sketches at Maverick’s Cards and Comics in Kettering, …
Patreon Reward: Bizarro
I got nothin’ to say, I love Bizarro! Though it was a real coin-toss if I was gonna do modern-ish Bizarro or Silver Age “Bizarro #1” necklace Bizarro. Someday.
Patreon Reward: Powerhouse
Erik Larsen creates perfect villains. Ridiculous and deadly. It’s a precarious combo, but he does it expertly. (Remember to order SUPER FREAKS from your friendly neighborhood comic shop [or mail order service])
