Even though he denies it, redhead Jill St. John dresses up as Robin in a defining moment from the January 13th, 1966 episode of Batman – Smack in the Middle, and this HAD to have made a major impression on Frank Miller to create Carrie Kelley for Dark Knight Returns. HAD TO.
